Find your license key

Every purchase of a Mahope tool (Clean Copy Pro, DeskUptime Pro, Page Profile Pro, Transmute Desktop, EUComply Pro) comes with a license key. You get it in two places right after checkout:

Look it up yourself

Your key is stored against your order. Enter the order reference from your Stripe receipt and the email address you paid with, and the key comes back straight away — there is nothing to wait for and nobody to write to.

Starts with cs_. It is on the Order reference line of your Mahope receipt email, and in the link of your thank-you page. Copy the whole thing, including the cs_ part.

Where the key usually is

  1. Your order email. Search your inbox for mail from [email protected]. It holds the key and a link to the activation guide. Nothing there? Check the spam or promotions folder.
  2. The thank-you page. After paying you land on a page that shows the key. If you kept that tab or bookmarked it, the key is still there.
  3. The Stripe receipt. The email Stripe sends has your order reference at the top — that is the first field above.
  4. Still nothing? Write to [email protected] with the email address you paid with (and the Stripe receipt if you have it).

Free up a machine

Your key works on a set number of machines — 5 on Clean Copy Pro, 3 on DeskUptime Pro, 3 on Transmute Desktop, 3 on Page Profile Pro, and 1 per website on EUComply Pro. If you get «Device limit reached» on a new computer, the key has to let go of a machine you no longer use. You can do that here, without waiting for a reply.

The 32-character key from your receipt email. It is the whole key — copy all of it.

A machine that is still in use keeps working after you free a different one. If you free the machine you are on right now, it activates itself again the next time you open the app.
